Shelbyville Tot Just Wanted His License

A 7 year old Shelbyville, Tenn. boy took police on a 7 mile chase. When the boy finally stop the pickup truck in front of his parents house, he told the police he just wanted to get his license. The boy was charged with driving without a license and eluding police.
