Whats your favorit web broswer
Firefox

Opera

Other (Please Comment)

I have been debating firefox and opera for a long time. I have to admit I did use opera for like a month. Today I currently switch back to firefox to "Take back the web". As you see I added a link to promote firefox on the bottom of this site.

If you are using opera, I suggest you to switch to firefox. Why? you ask. Because opera crashes, is slow, renders pages wrong, did I say crashes?...and im sure you could find more but they are the most obvious.

You may say that you use IE...
I dont even consider that a web browser. Take the poll and let me know your thoughts.

well microsoft is coming out with ie 7. the pre-beta is out. I didn't bother looking at it since I use firefox. the only bad thing about firefox is it uses up those system resources like a greedy bastard. if you leave one window up and go to a bunch of different sites while the browser is still opened check it out in task manager and see what I mean. I saw it up to 200megs being used. other than that I prefer it more than the others.

That is true, it does use up system resources. But so does Opera. IE on the other hand just sucks. It's great if you want a web browser to be through out your whole computer while surfing the web.

Firefox has tones of nice plugins and runs great if you have tons of ram
Opera will run great on a 400mhz puter with 128mb of ram

I'll have to do some more testing one they release Opera 9. I just dont like it becuase it crashes a lot!, and it doesnt finish rendering html code all the time (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt)..i think it has to do with how it loads pages.
